Dustin R. Grooms, PhD, AT, CSCS, is a Professor in Physical Therapy at Ohio University and Director of the Neuroimaging Research Laboratory. He is also Associate Director of the Ohio Musculoskeletal & Neurological Institute (OMNI). His work focuses on the neuroplasticity of musculoskeletal injury and rehabilitation — with particular emphasis on ACL injury, sensorimotor control, and neurocognitive contributions to movement. His laboratory integrates neuroimaging, biomechanics, and rehabilitation technologies to optimize recovery and reduce reinjury risk.
